One entry per person in the video contest and for the comment giveaway you may enter as many times as you like, but no enter me. The comment can say anything. The theme is LOVE and/or Valentine’s Day!
The contest will end on the 31st but the winners will not be announced until a week or two after.

Rules:
1. You must be subscribed to this channel.
2. For the main contest you must submit a NEW (Created just for this contest) video/slideshow as a video response to THIS video.
3. You must include a piece of paper saying, “Your Username entry to TotallyCoolNails nail art contest” and showing your nail design.
4. You must do the design on your own natural nails and at leasr show one whole hand (5 Nails in the design.)
5. You can use any materials to create your design, except konad or other kinds of stamps, stickers or fimo.
6. You must show the steps to creating the design either through live video or a series of pictures.
7. If you are under the age of 18, leave a comment on this video letting me know you have parents permission to enter this contest.
8. You may only enter once into the video response contest.
9. For the giveaway portion comment on this video anything but please no “Enter me” comments because they get marked as spam. You must be subscribed and have parents permission.
***The video contest will be judged first by whether you followed all the rules… if you don’t then your video will in ineligible because it’s unfair to those who did.
